Der Golfclub Wolfsburg\/Boldecker Land e.V. besteht seit 1995 und hat ca. 900 Mitglieder.
Das Areal des Golfclubs erstreckt sich auf ca. 77 ha und befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft des kleinen
Ortes Bokensdorf.<\/p>\n

Das Geb\u00e4ude<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/em>F\u00fcr das Geb\u00e4ude wurden folgende Eckdaten festgelegt und in die Vorplanung \u00fcbernommen :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • kompakte Bauweise mit guter Ausnutzung der Fl\u00e4chen<\/em><\/li>\n
  • harmonische Integration des Geb\u00e4udes in die Landschaft<\/em><\/li>\n
  • gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige teil\u00fcberdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Integration von ProShop, Verwaltung und Gastronomie<\/em><\/li>\n
  • ausreichend gro\u00dfe Umkleide-, Dusch- und Wirtschaftr\u00e4ume<\/em><\/li>\n
  • flexible Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten der R\u00e4ume<\/em><\/li>\n
  • innovatives Energiekonzept zur Minimierung der Unterhaltungskosten<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     Aus diesen Vorgaben wurden folgende Nutzfl\u00e4chen abgeleitet :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Nutzfl\u00e4chen des Golfclubs incl. Nebenfl\u00e4chen ca. 475 m\u00b2<\/em><\/li>\n
    • Nutzfl\u00e4che der Gastronomie ca. 225m\u00b2 (flexibel teilbar) <\/em><\/li>\n
    • 200 m\u00b2 Terrasse davon ca. 50% \u00fcberdacht<\/em><\/li>\n
    • Nutzfl\u00e4che vom ProShop ca. 56 m\u00b2<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/em>Insgesamt betr\u00e4gt die ben\u00f6tigte Nutzfl\u00e4che ohne Terrasse ca. 760 m\u00b2. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
